Happy 4th of July!

I hope everyone has great plans today. I'm here, taking care of downtime to blog a little before I head to Key Largo. So, you would think we'd go to the Keys to take advantage of boating fun and and beach sun, but nope. We're heading down to go to this awesome little Mexican restaurant by the bay called Senor Frijoles to celebrate my grandma's birthday (she's a 4th of July baby)and have dinner while watching the fireworks by the bay. I just hope it does not rain. We'll be eating outdoors and the weather has been quite unpredictable down in South Florida.

Anyway, last night I worked on a few LO's and you'll see them posted on my slide show. However, there was one LO that made me realize I had too many memoirs associated with it. It's my daughter's kindergarten graduation LO. I had certificates, report cards, written work and art work that embraced this LO. Many of us usually scrapbook our memories, but we have so many other items that we want to keep but do not know what to do with them. In my case, I want to make sure all these certificates, report cards, and work does not get lost so I can have my daughter appreciate it and look back at her life when she is older. Well, CTMH has these great folders called "True Fit Folios." They are 12" X 12" folders that you can attach to the back of your LO's and make your LO sort of a folder. Then, you can insert all your other memories pertaining to your LO together so it does not get lost. I made a video of it to help you see the advantage of using True Fit Folios. You'll just have to excuse the amateur recording I created. I promise better videos will come your way :-)

  1. Absolutely love it! I am going to be doing this for both JJ and Cat instead of throwing their stuff in a box where all of their school memories are currently stored.
